How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at:
Please include the following in your message:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (required if the item is damaged or defective)
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns require prior authorization before sending anything back.
Once we review your request, if approved we will provide:
- Return instructions
- Return shipping address
- RMA number
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to sender.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return is requested within 30 days of delivery
- Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return
- Item is returned in reasonable condition and includes original packaging where applicable
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or personalized products
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to damage, a defect, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we'll arrange a replacement.
For all other exchanges, reach out to us before sending your item back so we can assist you properly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or fulfilled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
